1. Feature and advantage:

Suitable for material thickness :0.1-0.6mm.

After straightening, the material can be curved upward or downward or flat easily.

Driving device work with transducer/inverter at a speed  synchronized with the punching press machine, keeping feeding smoothly.

This machine is suitable for continuous coil and separate plate metal sheet straightening processing with high precision, high speed.

This is a new type powerful equipment which designed for high speed, high precision punching press, improving punching quality and productivity.

Two-section type straightening device, it is no need to adjust straighten function when rolled material is under straightening process (from start to end), which ensure the material at same flatness completely.

Adopts 4-points free standing adjuster, with the dial indicator, high precision and easy operation .
