The machine is main suitable for very thick and soft material, such as Aluminum, copper, brass, steel etc which the material thickness range at 1.5-6.0mm and having precise tolerance requirement and precessing accuracy.After straightening, the materials will be smooth, non-mark, suit for all kinds of metal material.

 All rolls are made of solid bearing steel, have all been quenched, hard chrome plated, high-hardness, strong resistance to abrasion long service life.There are 13 straightening rollers, and the arrangement of the rollers is UPPER 6/ LOWER 7.

 The thickness of the materials can be change easily.

 Equipping four high precision adjusting indicators, the machine can be adjusted easily and precisely, having ferfect performance.
