Turbo Worm Adjusting Metal Sheet Metal Straightener For 1.5 - 6.0mm Thickness Metal 

1. Feature and advantage:

The machine is main suitable for very thick and soft material, such as Aluminum, copper, brass, steel etc which the material thickness range at 1.5-6.0mm and having precise tolerance requirement and precessing accuracy.After straightening, the materials will be smooth, non-mark, suit for all kinds of metal material.

Turbo-Worm Adjusting ,Air cylinder Pressing ,Frequency Changer adjust speed

The machine adoptes large cylinder pressure expected, the correction is adjusted by synchronous worm adjustment, turning the handle a circle round the correction only decreased 1mm can make fine adjustment.

This series machines are mainly used to flatten metal sheets, after straightening the sheet will be very smooth without indentation and hurt in the surface.

Straightening rollers adopt solid bearing steel with high frequency processing and hard chrome plating after ground.
