4 Points Adjuster Leveler Machine With 20mm Diameter Straightener Roller Dial Indicator

1. Feature and advantage:

The machine adoptes large cylinder pressure expected, the correction is adjusted by synchronous worm adjustment, turning the handle a circle round the correction only decreased 1mm can make fine adjustment.

This series machines are mainly used to flatten metal sheets, after straightening the sheet will be very smooth without indentation and hurt in the surface.

Straightening rollers adopt solid bearing steel with high frequency processing and hard chrome plating after ground.

Two-section type straightening device, it is no need to adjust straighten function when rolled material is under straightening process (from start to end), which ensure the material at same flatness completely.

Adopts 4-points free standing adjuster, with the dial indicator, high precision and easy operation 

This machine is suitable for continuous coil and separate plate metal sheet straightening processing with high precision, high speed.
